Flee is an app that helps you stay away from pornography. It locks the apps and sites you choose, and tells a friend if you switch the protection off.
Flee blocks apps using Apple's Screen Time. If Screen Time permission is switched off in iOS Settings, the block stops. That is also the event Flee reports to your accountability partner. Check Settings → Screen Time on your iPhone and confirm Flee still has permission.
Tap Restore on the purchase screen. If you bought through the browser checkout rather than the App Store, reopen Flee and give it a moment to check with our server. If it still has not unlocked after a few minutes, email us with the address you paid from.
Check the address in Settings → Accountability partner for a typo, and ask them to look in their spam folder. If it is still missing, email us.
Open Settings in Flee and tap the accountability partner row. Removing them stops all Flee emails to them.
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you, or email support@postclips.com. We will stop, and we can erase your details entirely. You do not need the other person's permission.
If you bought through the App Store, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles those and we cannot. If you bought through the browser checkout, email us.
Flee is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Email support@postclips.com and we will erase your account and your answers, and confirm when it is done. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Flee is a tool, not treatment. If pornography is affecting your health, your work, or the people you love, please talk to a counsellor, a pastor, or your doctor. Flee is meant to buy you time and bring someone alongside you, not to do that work for you.
